I used to watch ALF back in the '80's when I was a kid. I had comic books, books on tape, etc. too. (Wish I knew what happened to them now, lol, I'm sure they're around!). Every time I saw the DVD's of the show in the store, I'd come very close to buying them, but I always talked myself out of it. Then I found some episodes on eMule and watched those. That convinced me that I enjoyed the show as much as an adult as I did as kid. So I bought Season 1, and am falling in love all over, hehe. I'm glad to have found this forum, b/c I thought I was the only person who still loved our fave Melmacian after so many years. Can't wait to get to know everybody better!
Welcome to the forum! If you have any questions or problems please feel free to e-mail or private message me.
Also, I'm sure you are already aware of the DVD contest - more information is on the home page of this website http://www.alftv.net/ - a chance for you to win some more ALF DVDs that you don't have.
Out of curiosity, is the link in your post your own personal website? If you want it to show up in every post you make you could make it your "signature" - you can add a signature by clicking on "profile" at the top of the screen.

Again, welcome to the forum!!!
Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll def. be entering the contest as well. I'd love to win one of those prizes, esp. the [/i]Project ALF[/i] DVD!
I'm also considering writing to Paul Fusco and ALF for their autographs, if I can work up the nerve. hehe (I read the thread about that last night.) If I do it, I'll def. post in that thread.
Thanks again, I can tell I'm going to have lots of fun here talking w/ other ALF fans.
Hello Kristen and welcome. It's great to have you here. My experience is similar to yours, I watched an old VHS tape of the Pilot episode and fell in love all over again.
I hope to see you around and get to know you better. Once again, welcome!
