I used to watch ALF back in the '80's when I was a kid. I had comic books, books on tape, etc. too. (Wish I knew what happened to them now, lol, I'm sure they're around!). Every time I saw the DVD's of the show in the store, I'd come very close to buying them, but I always talked myself out of it. Then I found some episodes on eMule and watched those. That convinced me that I enjoyed the show as much as an adult as I did as kid. So I bought Season 1, and am falling in love all over, hehe. I'm glad to have found this forum, b/c I thought I was the only person who still loved our fave Melmacian after so many years. Can't wait to get to know everybody better! :)

Thanks for the warm welcome. :) I'll def. be entering the contest as well. I'd love to win one of those prizes, esp. the [/i]Project ALF[/i] DVD!

I'm also considering writing to Paul Fusco and ALF for their autographs, if I can work up the nerve. hehe (I read the thread about that last night.) If I do it, I'll def. post in that thread.

Thanks again, I can tell I'm going to have lots of fun here talking w/ other ALF fans. :mrgreen:

Hello Kristen and welcome. It's great to have you here. My experience is similar to yours, I watched an old VHS tape of the Pilot episode and fell in love all over again.

Hi, Axel. :) I think we "know" each other from @ccess The Golden Girls (I'm MTMFan over there). hehe The Internet can be a very small place sometimes! Thanks for the welcome!

I looked for a thread like that, but I think I must be blind, um...what are people saying? I would love to write to alf for an autograph as well.
