Several years ago I found a website with a fan fiction sequel to the last episode where Skip and Rhonda go to the Tanner's house and organize a rescue. They all later went to the planet where a new Melmac was being created.
The website is no longer and I am trying to find out who may have written it.

Re: Lost ALF fan fiction story
There was actually an ALF fan site in the late 90s (perhaps early 2000s) that had a "season five" written by ALF fans. I believe it was on there...I'll need to do some digging through my files to see which site it would have been on (I'm sure I can figure it out).

Found it - it was Rance's ALF site (exact URL below).
geocities.com/rance1988/fifthseason.html
Unfortunately, archive.org does not have it indexed...unless someone has it saved to their computer we'll never see season five again.
