Hi,
I just bought a ALF from ebay and got it for a steal at $10,He is in great shape, but should i restore him?like comb his fur out?
any other restoration tips?
Thanks!
PS this isn't a picture i took because i haven't recieved him yet.
Hi,
So after i updated about the tracking about a weeklater the post office updated it and they forgot to scan it till it was delivered
but he was delivered after all and was just as described
I recently picked one up on eBay as well that was in great shape. However, with mine the voicebox seems a bit off, ALF's phrases seem a bit deep/slow. I thought it was the battery, so I popped a new one in, but that didn't fix it. Anybody else see this and know how to fix it?

You either need to get a new doll or send that one to someone who fixes voiceboxes. I think the first option would be cheaper.

Thank you for the reply. I may think about doing it sometime, just a bit annoying since I don't ever buy stuff on eBay. The one time I do and the guy says it's "Like new", yet it has issues like that. The actual doll itself is in fantastic condition , so I may just leave it as is since he looks so nice. Right now, Alf is perched on my computer desk next to my monitor. When I am stressed while writing school papers, I just take a glance at him and think, "What would Alf say?....NO PROBLEM!"
