This series was one of two spin-off cartoons of the ALF sitcom. This series ran from September 1987 to January 1989 and was a short two seasons (containing 26 episodes).  This show was aired on NBC until it was let go.  Several of the cast members from this series also were members of the ALF Tales cast.  This series was based on ALF and his adventures on Melmac.  ALF Tales was completely different because that series was based on fairy tales (with ALF as only a character).  This series was developed before ALF Tales, but the two did coincide from September 1988 to January 1989.  As of May 30, 2006 some of the ALF Animated Adventures cartoons are available on DVD.  Please visit our ALF on DVD page for more information about them.
