I've always found it best to tell people that "I will be in chat at 4:00pm Forum Time". On the forum index page there is a clock of the current "forum time", and everyone can figure out what that would be in there own time zone/country/etc.

I think Admin stated 4:00 PM Forum Time just as an example. If it is 4:00 PM Forum Time, do you know what is the MST Time in Arizona? Is 4:00 PM Forum Time the time you will be in CHAT?
