Sounds fantastic - I posted something on the website about it a few months ago, surprisingly only one person has contacted me regarding the missing episode.

 Yeah I felt it could, but I love Canada, really. How can you not love a country where Michael J. Fox, Leslie Nielsen & John Candy is from?

Just got a response....they say the error has been corrected and manufacturing has begun. They say the middle of next week seems to be most likely.

Thanks for the update!!!

Could I possibly ask you to PM me the customer service phone number you used? I had a person contact me recently with the same problem as yours and I would like to forward the phone number to this person so they can get the replacement disc. Or maybe I'll just put it on the website too...

Thanks!

Could someone here clarify if what is said in this topic is correct: http://www.alftv.net/community/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1136

Is that the Canadian release or the American? Has anyone here had the same problem with their season 4 DVD (US DVD's I mean)?

Well as 1 of the victims of this, it appears this only happened in the copies released by Maple pictures which distributed the sets in Canada.

Well, you were only missing one episode, correct? On the link I provided, two episodes were missing, and thereis no mention of which country it was released in.

Well I assume the other person who had the problem must have had a Maple release because they contacted Maple Pictures as I did to get the problem fixed. I have not heard of anyone having this problem that had a LionsGate only release of Season 4. If someone has then please correct me lol
