ALF Season Four Cover

Hey everyone,


I've been meaning to post this for almost a week now, but I couldn't because I was busy. Anyway, I went to buy my ALF Season Four DVD at Target on September 8th. However, it didn't come with the textured cardboard cover like all the other seasons did. There were probably five others on the shelf (all factory-sealed) as well, but they had the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is Lions Gate just running on a low budget?

Mine came with the cardboard cover, but like yours it was not textured (or however you want to refer to it). Just a way for them to save money (like they didn't cut enough corners already...but I won't start with that).

Now that's just poor taste! I DEMAND to have mine with the cardboard on, or I'll send it back! No joke, it will look ridiculous in the shelf next to the others.

Yeah, mine looks pretty awkward next to the others on the shelf too. I was thinking of where to get a cover, but nothing comes to mind.

In fact, when I was looking for Season Four at Target (I'm not sure you have that in Sweden), I saw a few Season Ones as well. But some were covered, and some were not.

Mine had a cover, but it wasn't shrinkwrapped like the plastic case was.

I was surprised that when I bought my set, the cover was not wrapped like the other season were. It was just the disc case. I don't why Lion's Gate did that? I thought it was strange.

I bought my season 4 on amazon.com and it was the same way as yours! I was wondering why it was different from the other 3 seasons. Oh well.
