Two New Member Ranks

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have added two new member ranks. I have done this because I feel it is important to still recognize the hard work and dedication that former Moderators/Assistant Administrators have put into this forum.

The two new ranks are "Retired Moderator" and "Retired Asst. Admin" - specific name titles are still up for debate, I can change them at any time.

Those receiving these ranks are:

alfshumway865 - Retired Moderator
alfster - Retired Asst. Admin
