What is everyones Favorite Non-ALF Show
My favorite show besides ALF would have to be The Simpsons becasue ecspecially in the glory years of the show(season 3-8,92-98,even though I like 9-12 too)It would have to considered the greatest show ever.
A couple ALF writers went on to write for the Simpsons or show run the The Simpsons. For example David Silverman who cowrote Wild Thing in season 1 went on to direct and write alot of Simpsons eps.Al Jean and Mike Reiss who who wrote a couple eps in season 2 went on to show run seasons of The Simpsons and write alot of eps.
Theres some Trivia for you.My two favorite shows have a connection

Hey! You've got great taste! :)
Mine are:
1. Married With Children
2. The Golden Girls
3. Cheers/The Cosby Show/Spin City/Frasier... there's just too many for me to choose a third.

For me, in a close second to ALF (well...maybe they are tied) is According to Jim. That show is absolutely hilarious! My wife likes the show too, but thinks it is odd that Andy takes off his shirt in almost every single episode.

Wow, I am in shock Jeremiah. You found a show you like as much as ALF? If anything I would have thought that would have been Night CourtAdmin wrote:For me, in a close second to ALF (well...maybe they are tied) is According to Jim. That show is absolutely hilarious! Night Court is extremely high on my list as well. Night Court used to be my second favorite show until I really started watching According to Jim (that was about a year ago I think).

Yeah some shows really just gets to you rather quickly. I love According To Jim, it's one of the fewgood sitcoms that are still on the air and I'm happy James Belushi finally does something great with his talent.
Maybe you like the show a little bit more because you are married now and can relate to the show more

Good to see you again, you know I love Miami Vice as well, but I find it hard to put it next to ALF since it is to different kind of shows. But as best show in any category, it would not be far behind on my listALF wrote:For me, Miami Vice is pretty much tied up with ALF.

Actually, you are exactly right! A lot of those things (and on King of Queens too) really do happen...although not to the same extent and frequency they have you believe.Maybe you like the show a little bit more because you are married now and can relate to the show more

I thought that might have been the reason. Let's just hope you won't start to enjoy Married... With Children because it resembles your marriage.Admin wrote:Actually, you are exactly right!
