My Custom Alf DVD Case Inserts

Post by Alfster »

I personally dont like box sets. They're nice to look at but annoying to flip through them and try to keep them in mint.

So I put each disc in their own hard plastic dvd jewel case. (Which can be bought anywhere)

Using the wonders of todays computer imaging software (ok is was nothing but easy stuff) I also created custom inserts using the art from the dvd box set. Take a look tell me what you think. Click on them to see full version and to save them to your computer.

To print these to fit a typical dvd jewel case i printed them out rotated 90 degress and at a height of 10.77" and the width of 7.24 " . Hope you like them.

The inserts look great! I'm going to print them off when I get home (then stop at ShopKo or something later on today). Too bad Lions Gate can't think of ideas like that (well they can, but why they don't use them I don't know). Thanks!

The Knight Rider ones show up, but the ALF ones don't and the links to them don't work...

Hello, welcome to the forum. I do have these pictures located on a CD somewhere in my CD collection, I'll track it down and try to post them within the next day or two.

Found them buried on my computer - I uploaded them into the website so they'll always be here now.

Sorry that I wasn't able to get them to show up in this post as images, I think since they're in bitmap form the forum won't allow me to do it (since each one is over 300kb - would eat up too much bandwidth). Until I can find time to convert them you'll just have to follow the links. Also, please remember to follow Alfster's suggestions for sizing when you print.
