I consider that to be Season 1's "Halloween" episode. You have Mrs. O watching "Psycho", getting afraid from the noises she hears ALF making, ALF dressing like Kate, and a burgler. Shades of Halloween galore.

I think I got this clip from Stephan's ALF page a few years ago before I owned any of the DVD's. It was one of very few ALF-related things I could watch. Great scene BTW.
