On Forum Home Page, when logged on as registered member, click on User Control Panel which appears at top of page, just below Board Index.
On User Control Panel page click on Profile option which is one of menu options at top of page.
On Profile page click on Edit Avatar option which is one of menu options along left side of page.
If instrucions and choices appearing on Edit Avatar page are confusing to you, then suggest you contact Admin via PM or email for added personal assistance.
