Hello everyone,
I am a 23 year old ALF Fan and I am very happy to be part of this forum now.
I know ALF for as long as I can remember, because my parents were fans already in the 80s and watched reruns during my early childhood. As the years went on, I remembered it only vague. In 2014, when there was a rerun on a local TV channel, I became a big fan and the german DVD release became one of my favourite Christmas presents.
Besides ALF, I am a big Back to the Future, Star Trek and Disney Comics-Fan.

Re: My introduction to this website
Thank you for the welcoming!
It´s hard to tell which Trek Series is my favourite. I feel very nostalgic about TOS, TAS, TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise, because watching them was an important part of my life growing up. The newer shows since 2017 will never have the chance to come close, because I feel so nostalgic about the "old" shows. There are so many aspects like storytelling, characters, designs, music etc. that make it not very easy to decide. A ranking could look like this:
1.) TOS and TNG
2.) DS9
3.) Voyager
4.) Enterprise

Re: My introduction to this website
I can understand your opinion!
I putted TOS and TNG above the others, in part because of very fond memories. But what I think is done best in DS9 is to show that a person can show many different traits that doesn´t make it easy to decide whether this person is "good" or "bad". Garak would be a good example for this; but also Odo, given his past at then cardassian Terok Nor.
