I watch it every once in a while, but I mainly watch the DVD's (even though I have the Lionsgate ones :? ). I believe the HUB episodes are cut, too, but I definetly like their recognition for the ol' Alfer!

I really do think if ALF was in production now as opposed to then it could definitely extended its run a few more seasons. I say this because from what I can tell the tediousness of filming each ep was extremely frustrating to the human cast members who all basically were glad to move on what appears to be obscurity once the show wasa cancelled. I understand it was "hot & humid" in the large building in which all the scenes were filmed which really exaserbated the S-L-O-W filming process w/ a puppet making every workday a real grind to get through.

plus, with today's technology, it probably wouldnt be nearly as tedious as it was then to make an episode.

I watch my DVDs. The main reason is because I do not pay for television (Netflix being an exception). I like keeping my bills low (as I would be living in a cardboard box otherwise).

I wonder if the HUB will ever play Project: ALF? Scince they are airing the others, seems like they would.

It is unlikely that you will see Project: ALF on The HUB (some of the copyright holders are different than the sitcom). It would require them to get additional contracts/agreements and pay additional royalties. Highly doubtful IMO.

The German sets should do the trick for you, then! Plus, the US sets have ALF hosting them and some cool special features which makes them worth the money IMO.

Yeah, he hosts them. He does different things on different sets each season-

Season 1-This one is basically ALF making calls about his new DVD sets.
season 2- The ALF shopping network! This is a showcase for a few ALF collectables.
season 3- ALF on the 'Funny radio network', while in a orbiting 'spaceship'.
season 4- ALF goes Digital here! Alot of it is about the ALF 1000, a new phone with many features.

They're easy to find on eBay.de as well as the German Amazon, though I guess they could be considered pricey with the overseas shipping to the US (if that is where you live).
