I recently got in touch with Paul Fusco, and he has granted an interview relating to the 25th Anniversary (a project that Mark and I are working on...more info coming soon). Anyways, we would like to gather some interview questions. If you would post them here we will go through them (since there will probably be too many for us to send them all).
Probably best to stay away from questions that are too personal, or that you know he would be uncomfortable answering. This is a fantastic opportunity for us fans. I'm thankful that Paul Fusco is willing to take the time to entertain our questions!
Great to hear, my questions would be:
1. Are there any plans to put the alf dvds to blu ray and possibly include extras of behind the scenes footage?
2. The tanner house were the video shots of the house a real house and maybe where it was located?
3. Are there any plans of an alf reunion?
Thanks heaps.
Does he {Paul Fusco} take the time to visit websites like this one to see what the fans think of his show?
Would he consider being a member for fans to contact him and ask questions?
Last question: does he get recognised for his alf voice in public or did he only speak in alf's voice for the show?
A lot of good questions have been posted. Here are a few other ideas:
1) Do you still keep in touch with any of the ALF cast members? Do you have a particularly close relationship with one of the cast members?
2) Is there the possibility of an ALF feature film at some point in the future?
3) There are a number of references to crew member names in many ALF episodes. Did all of the crew members take these tongue-in-cheek references in stride, or did any of them come as a surprise to the particular crew member?
4) Will the unedited versions of the ALF DVDs be released in the USA and will the rest of the ALF cartoon episodes be released to DVD?
Q: During the last Q&A, you mentioned that season five would have had ALF living on a military base. My question is, how big of a part would the main characters, namely the Tanner family, have had in the fifth season, if any? Would they have had guest appearances every now and then or would they have been written off the show for good?
Q: When the sitcom was still on the air, did you have an idea of how you wanted the show to end?
