The book came out in late-1987(?) and ran for fifty issues until 1992.What's ironic is that the comics outlasted the TV show!

Sorry, I cannot be of any help with answers to your questions, since I know absolutely nothing about the ALF Comic Books. Never developed an interest in the ALF Comic Books, and do not even have any in my ALF collection.
