ALF Cartoons winning Emmy
On the season 2 DVD-set, ALF mentions that "This emmy award winning cartoon". I've searched the big cartoon database, 80's cartoons and on google, but I can't find information about what the 2 shows won an Emmy for, anyone here knows?

Re: Re:
For a cartoon based on a tv-seris, it's really good. And no, the Tanners is not in them, but that doesn't mean it's bad. There are 2 volumes out on DVD, one for ALF: Tales and one for ALF The Animated Series.i think the family aint in it? or they real tanner voices anyway, plus it just looks a bit childish, but then again it is a cartoo, and i watch alot of them.

Re: ALF Cartoons winning Emmy
One, or possibly both, of the ALF animated cartoon series did win some kind of "Childrens's Choice Award", but they did not win an Emmy.

Weird though, didn't seem ALF was kidding when he said that.

Re: ALF Cartoons winning Emmy
Dredging up an old post, because the question piqued my interest....
It turns out that ALF: The Animated Series did indeed win two Daytime Emmys and was nominated for a third. At first glance, I didn't find it, because the database at www.emmys.com only has the Primetime Emmys cataloged.
Here are the specific Emmys:
Won: Outstanding Film Sound Editing (1988)
Won: Outstanding Film Sound Mixing (1988)
Nominated: Outstanding Achievement in Graphics and Title Design (1988)
