Man that is some great news! I've only seen 6 episodes of ALF The Animated Adventures och only 1 of ALF Tales.

My opinion on this:



Most people probably would not spend $25+ on a DVD set of ALF Tales or ALF: The Animated Series. By releasing it as a volume of a few episodes, and it only costing $10-15 (whatever the cost is) they could greatly increase their sales.



Less expensive=more buyers



This way if the DVD flops they probably won't be out as much money either - to be honest, I really don't think the ALF cartoon DVDs will do that well (just my opinion). I'll definitely be buying mine though (even though I already have them).
