You can get the syndicated versions of all four ALF episodes on DVD from Lion's Gate, however they do have scenes that were removed for syndication.
If you get the German DVD set, all of the scenes are intact and from what I've been told, the default audio option is English (someone correct me if this is wrong). There is the issue with DVD region settings for your DVD player, but you can find some discussion on this forum with tips on how to deal with that.
