The Closest ALF Had Been To Being Discovered

Post by ALFan »

What do you think was the closest?

Mine would be Hide Away because it was intense the whole time.

<EDIT> I have edited this poll for improvement. <EDIT>

I would say neither.

I would say the closest was when he was spotted by Flakey Pete, in parts 1 and 2 of Turkey in the Straw

In numeroous episodes of the ALF TV Series ALF is discovered by someone who, for reasons unrevealed, decides not to "go public" with announcement of their discovery. The actual biggest discovery of ALF was in "Consider Me Gone" ****.

**** Edited additional text for benefit of anyone who has yet to view "Consider Me Gone"episode.

ALFanatic, might I recommend adding a ***Spoiler Warning*** or something along those lines to your post...some people may not have seen the last episode yet.

F.Y.I. The reason I did not put "Consider Me Gone" on there is because he actually does get discovered in there. I was wanting to know what everyone thought the closest was.

Lost more memory cells and cannot remember if Jodi (ALF's blind friend) ever learned that ALF was an Alien. If not, then that would be very close to discovery, since they actually spent time together.

No she didn't find out. That is probably why they didn't touch each other a lot.

I was thinking Flakey Pete in Turkey In a Straw as well.

I don't know about Raquel seeing him as close, because, if I remember correctly, she just thought she had gone insane when Trevor and they guy on the TV show she goes on just makes fun of her. Sure, ALF makes contact over the TV, but I wouldn't say this was one of the more dangerous sightings.

When she suspected him in the Pilot, that was more dangerous because she called the ATF as well.

I think so, next door neighbor seeing an alien saying "Oh, howdy raquel." and then shut the door and even then look through the fence and went ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.   (that part is as golden as alf in the window of the tanners bathroom from the first season!

 I agree that it was significant, but probably not inside the top 3 that should be in the poll, in my opinion of course.

I'm bumping it up. Interested to see more opinions.

Out of those I think it was either Pete or Mrs. Ochmoneck. I'd say Pete because Raquel acted like a lunatic so no one believed her.
