Complete Episodes All Uncut ??

Hi Guys/Gals,

What do I need to have all episodes fully uncut?

I currently own Season 1 and 2 from Australia which are uncut but have no special features, and seasons 3 and 4 from germany.

I have managed to download the Unaired Pilot, The Deleted Chipmunk scene from 'For Your Eyes Only' and the original (but in low quality) version of 'Try To Remember'

All I'm missing is 'The Ballad of Gilligan's Island' scene with the extended intro?

Or is there more stuff cut from these dvds that isn't listed?
