after watching the uncut set of dvds.. i have noticed something.. the ending credits are always shown on top of a picture of some scene in that episode you just watched. with the german dvd's i have seen that some of the credits are on top of pictures that were apart of the cut scenes from the lions...

found a good solution to region codes.. as it turns out must DVD players can be switched to region free. look up your dvd player in this website:

follow the instructions in the link

it worked for my dvd with no issue! however, if you do this it may void your warranty.

it would be great if you could list another column for any cuts in the german DVD set. i know there is not many cuts, but there is one i know of.. turkey in the straw episode.. so i wonder what else could be missing

i have always thought that some kind of family tree for ALF would be a great addition to the wiki or to this site.
although, some members of his family are mentioned in works over than the sitcom itself.

i.e
ALF says he has a cousin named icky in AHTS
ALFs mom is named flo in one of the magazines.

I only so once how ALF was made (today) and went to see the episode right away. It didn't spoil a thing for me. The writing is so good and the character of ALF is awesome, nothing can spoil it. Still if mr. Fusco wants it to be under wraps I comply. I agree 100%. i could watch behind the scenes foo...

Just started watching the uncut german DVD's,

I'm in shock of how many good scenes were cut out. entire scenes dropped all together.

It is sad that lionsgate didn't do the proper uncut release, but on the other hand i am now watching ALF with many scenes i have never seen before..

Just seen the set at wal-mart. the slipcase picture of alf is foolish.

I wonder did they bother to fix the errors that the previous loionsgate releases had.
