Yeah, apparently ALF hasn't been repeated on Free-to-air tv here in Australia since the original airings - until now, of course!!!

AxelFoley, to answer your question, no I'd never seen ALF before these re-runs started. It hasn't been on in at least fifteen years so I never got the opportunity to watch it when I was younger.

I definitely prefer the Season 1 & 2 theme music. The Season 3 (which is where I'm up to) one sounds more like the theme for a pilot episode and, I think, a step backwards from the S1+2 theme.
